SOpenPBS is the Scalable Open Portable Batch System (www.supercluster.org). And I need some advice. I have it compiled and running, with some ugly hacks. First, the daemons want to run as user root. I can change this in the source to my login, but I'd like to eventually make it available to others, so this is not a good solution. I'd like it to work similar to sshd or cron and have it run using cygrunsrv, but I don't know how to do that. Any advice? Anyone interested in using SPBS on Cygwin and/or helping me to port it?
