This version is a refresh from CVS on sources.redhat.com. Notable changes: Adds the ability to use exports from an executable and the ability to create a separate file holding debug info. Fixed dlltool so that the tmp files it creates are unique, allowing "make -jN" to operate successfully when building import libraries. libcygwin.a is treated as a "special" library so that globals from this library are not reexported. To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
