There is no such concept as 'cygwin versions', unless you refer to the cygwin dll only (the current one is 1.3.22- and there is a 'Test' version too; numbered 1.5. ). There is just 'Prev'-ious, 'Curr'-ent and possibly 'Exp'-erimental (== Test) rated _packages_ as shown on the setup.exe "Select Packages" page.
