This one really depends on how your "GPRS Wireless Card" is implemented. I for sure do not have any details. You must have got detailed user, installation and/or reference guides when you bought it. If not, then send it back promptly. My guess: It emulates some kind of modem; then read up on how to handle the sedning of text (AT commands) to the serial port - and reading responses.
