 Hmmm "-cygwin-xfree -cygwin-apps ..." - awkward, but might work :-7

 Might it be that gogoLE groks "inurl:-cygwin-xfree"
as in "don't include cygwin-xfree url's" ?

NOTE: I have not found "inurl:" in google help (!?)
