I'm going to wager you meant this one: However, if this is the message to which you refer, I'm confused as to why you didn't at least email cygwin-xfree list instead. Seems more appropriate to me. Personally, I think the message as the URL above says it all, with the exception that cygipc is now available as a package in the Cygwin distribution. So that's your answer.
