The Ml Language is the future > in programming ... In case you hadn't noticed, Cygwin is a volunteer project. Packages are included when someone volunteers to contribute them. BTW, OCaml compiles almost OOTB on Cygwin - just needs -fnative-struct changing to -mms-bitfields.
