The email is coming from the automatic copy of cygwin-announce to the cygwin mailing list, so the guy is subscribed to the cygwin mailing list. I don't know why that message is being flagged as spam. Maybe because of the upper case. In any event, I've unsubscribed this person from the cygwin mailing list. Btw, putting your email address and this guy's email address in the text of your message is a good way to make sure that you get spam in the future since spam harvesters routinely walk the cygwin lists.
