Ah. No. Thanks. I didn't realize that certain packages needed to be installed in Cygwin when building from a complete CVS source tree. Seems like the missing step. Where would I look to see if I'm missing other packages necessary for the build? Seems like this would be a good thing to add to the FAQ or CVS.html too.
