This is SPAM. Do a google search and you will be able to educate yourself on the spam epidemic. It certainly is off-topic to be discussing spam here. We block 99% or more of the attempts to send spam here. Sometimes some gets through here and elsewhere. It annoys me but I certainly don't immediately think that I have to send email to thousands of people to talk about it. That's just spam of a different variety.
