This is one of the problems reported in 'WinNT/Cygwin.dll 1.3.2x-1 problem' and is a new feature with Cygwin.dll 1.3.21-1 and 1.3.22-1. To Dave, are you sure you have enough disk space? I have a (rather) full implementation and need over 200Mb, /bin and /lib take 125Mb by themselves.I would imagine that intermediate files generated during setup might strain the system further. However, there is still a problem with updated from the CD-ROM, you just haven't got to the capacity issues. Thanks art Hi, all -- What are the minimum system requirements for setup? I have a Win95 PC with 128M RAM and about 60M free on the 400M disk, and when I try to run either an old version of setup that I burned to CD (with the then-current sources) or the current setup from the "Install Cygwin NOW" link) nothing happens; I get an hourglass and then as soon as I move the mouse it changes back to a pointer. Any thoughts? If it isn't a system requirements problem, then what do I need to do to debug?
