I have a Win95 PC with 128M RAM and about 60M free on the 400M disk, and when I try to run either an old version of setup that I burned to CD (with the then-current sources) or the current setup from the "Install Cygwin NOW" link) nothing happens; I get an hourglass and then as soon as I move the mouse it changes back to a pointer. Any thoughts? If it isn't a system requirements problem, then what do I need to do to debug?
