I found Eterm to be a feasible solution. Problem is that to compile Eterm, I need imlib2 (I could not find any reference to anyone building this under cygwin successfully), which, in turn, requires libttf.so - a dynamically linked freetype 1.2 library. I followed ths instructions for building a .so for freetype, but imlib2 does not seem to like it (dies during the configure script, saying that the library cannot be found). Is there an old libftt.so that I can download? Any suggestions for compiling freetype / imlib2? Are there any alternatives to using Eterm? Thanks, in advance, Paul Grinberg. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo! Search - Faster. Easier.
