If you did, it looks like you made a typo in the SID (146882 instead of 156882). Secondly, Cygwin UIDs are 16 bit, so it cannot handle UIDs larger than 65535. Change your UID (the third ":"-separated field in the line you quoted above) to something less than 65535 (25810 should work). Thirdly (and this is a guess), you might have to play with the "smbntsec" setting, or the ClearCase permissions on those shares. There were also some messages about ClearCase not working with Cygwin (although not recently). A google search on "MVFS filesystem" should turn up some matches.
