(From Cygwin: /usr/i686-pc-{cygwin,mingw32}) [root AT ellixia i686-pc-mingw32]$ ll lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 122 Mar 22 23:32 bin -> ../i686-pc-cygwin/bin lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 112 Mar 22 23:32 include -> ../include/mingw lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 111 Mar 22 23:32 lib -> ../lib/mingw So, all you need is a replica of your Cygwin host specific tree's like above(wherever the cross install is).
