Hi Christopher,

I was talking with Chip Chapin earlier today.  He suggested I contact 
Christopher, hopefully to get some referrals of engineers with good 
Cygwin experience who would be interested in a 3 month + contract.  
This would be for a client located in Sunnyvale, CA.
