I can't seem to get the above to work.  Call counts come out fine, but the
only accumulated time I see is:

  %   cumulative   self              self     total
 time   seconds   seconds    calls  Ts/call  Ts/call  name
100.00      0.01     0.01   __register_frame_info_bases

Can anyone confirm that this works now for them, has worked in the past,
or when it might have broken?  Pointers that narrow the hunt are
appreciated.  I will post a patch if I find the solution.  Thanks.
