On the page, nothing is displayed past the top border of the left sidebar. I can post a screenshot if needed. Older versions of Netscape will not render a table that is not closed by the tag. They also will not, apparently, read past the first tag. Thus, the closing tag is not seen ("cut off" by the first tag), and Netscape won't render the page correctly.
