Did you truncate the directory name? There should be 2 hex digits after every %, yet your directory name ends with "%2" - only one digit. If it doesn't give enough info, you might have to install Dr. MinGW (http://jrfonseca.dyndns.org/projects/gnu-win32/software/drmingw/), to get more information.
