Try to find another way. sshd doesn't need this so why should cygrunsrv? Especially I'm not sure if such a process still runs as NT service application. This is the main task, after all. Btw., cygrunsrv is under cvs control on cygwin.com. Anonymous R/O checkout is done by cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs AT sources DOT redhat DOT com:/cvs/cygwin-apps co cygrunsrv For the cvs login see http://cygwin.com/cvs.html. For the rules how to send patches, follow the directions on http://cygwin.com/contrib.html, section "When you have finalized your changes".
