It's password protected because all of us sheep in -developers land do not appreciate being pointed to and laughed at. ;-) The real reason is that (some) Cygwin developers were recieving personal e-mail that rooted down to something on those archives, and was becomeing too much. Perhaps the Real Cool Manager cgf may wish to pick-up on what I left out.
