It also fixed this other problem I was having in that 1.3.21 somehow broke the DOSKEY processing in Console windows for non-cygwin programs (e.g. the Sun JDK java.exe) started from a bash script. (WinXP SP1; and by DOSKEY processing, I mean being able to hit up-arrow and navigating through input history for programs that read from stdin). Now the DOSKEY stuff is functional again.
