Hey,

I can't seem to find any details about this error, so I'm tossing it out 
there.

After installing the newest version of Cygwin, it chokes when it tries to 
launch.

"The CYGWIN1.DLL is linked to missing export 
KERNEL32.DLL:IsProcessorFeaturePresent"

I'm running Windows '95 on a P300 Celeron. Anyone have any idea what's going 
on?
