Hi guys,

I've installed the last cygwin version and it doesn't have 
the /usr/local/lib directory in my default search library 
path, as you can see in gcc -v:
$ gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.2/specs

So, my question is, how can I include /usr/local/lib in my 
library search path, by default?
