As it turns out, there have been messages about this problem (and a fix) posted within the past month, which can be easily retrieved by typing "Can't create title mutex" into the search field at . As a secondary point, please *attach* the cygcheck output instead of pasting it into the body of your message. If you did attach it, please check that your mailer doesn't have a "text attachments inline" option set.
