Humblet" Subject: tzset and TZ Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" On Cygwin calling tzset() and localtime() will set TZ in the environment (if it isn't set), while calling tzsetwall() will always set TZ. As far as I can tell this is both non standard and unnecessary. Am I wrong? Is it now a feature? Or is it "patch gratefully accepted"?
