There were a couple of updates, one of them postgresql. I decided to uninstall postgresql (first time I tried to uninstall something this way I think), update others. Setup quit with the 'Download complete' message box straight away. When I chose to update all the packages, as I usually do, everything behaving as normal, setup proceeding to download the packages.
