I've never seen this problem before. Which version of Pine are you using? (what's the value of X in pine-4.44-X?). Can you please run "pine -d 9" and send me the output (off list), and if possible your .pinerc. Which version of the cygwin dll are you using? I can't check this problem now, but I will tonight.
