Given that both perl and Tk have been ported to cygwin, I can't imagine it would be too hard to do, but no one seems to have done so. Is perl/tk for cygwin available and I'm just missing it? If so, where can I find it? If not, is it just a lack of need, or is there some reason porting it to cygwin is hard?
