The html doesn't need one and, supposedly, documentation isn't supposed to have a ChangeLog because the changes are obvious but there is a ChangeLog in the winsup/doc directory. However, I'll let the maintainer make the call about the ChangeLog. I doubt that it is worth the bother. Thanks for the patch. And, even more importantly, thanks for thinking proactively about this. Thanks to Randall for suggesting this, too. I liked the idea but I never acknowledged that fact.
