The latest snapshot has the beginnings of a fix for this. It seems to work ok as long as line wrap doesn't occur at the end of the scroll region. Fixing that is going to be harder (actually the whole fix to get this working reliably is pretty hard). So, a complete fix probably won't be in 1.3.13.
