Unfortunately none, but debug. Although, I can offer one other data point under Windows 2000. I got ncftp to hang when initiating a data connection (e.g., ls, get, etc.) in passive mode, but *only* when tunneled through ssh. On the other hand, Cygwin ftp worked fine under the same setup.
