Are there instructions on how to rebase dll's to build from source... I saw something in /usr/doc/Cygwin/php-x-x-x but that seemed to be related to the server sapi version and not the cgi. I know this sounds picky but the binary dist. might not have all the features i need... so i'll need to re-compile.
