To compile it, you need to have gnat on your system. I'm not sure the sources (which are here ftp://cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/3.14p/gnat-3.14p-src.tgz ) will compile on cygwin out of the box, but try it. Once that is running, you should install Emacs (the release of which has just been announced), and then try to compile Glide.
