I guess it is clear that many are becoming annoyed with the recent trend in messages here. I love humor and got a real kick out of some of the responses but it would be hypocritical of me not to mention that we are all off topic now. Naming calling, derision, and law suit threats don't belong here. I know that I contributed to some of the tone in my messages and I'll be trying harder to making good on my vow to stop responding. I hope that everyone else will be try to do the same. I'd like to get back to the semi-civility that this list had previously enjoyed. You know -- where people ask questions that may or may not get answered and I cruelly tell people with gmane news problems that they should contact gmane directly. I would suggest that this message just be allowed to stand without comment. Lets not have another 100 responses about what's wrong or what's right here. I won't get bent out of shape if you really really feel the need to comment publicly but I really want to end this. If you have issues, please feel free to send me personal email. I have set the Reply-To to my personal mailbox to accommodate this. cgf -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Bug reporting: http://cygwin.com/bugs.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
