Why do you have two dll in you list? Search for cygwin1.dll, I'm pretty 
sure you'll find two (or more) of them.

And a friendly advice, you probably want to reduce the content of your 
path variable, there is not need to have "C:\usr\cygwin\bin" define 5 
times!!
