I did an install from the Internet last night of Cygwin. I just tried to do that and it tells me that the 'search' command is not found. I am told that MC was downloaded and installed, but it is nowhere to be found. I keep feeling that I missed a lot in the downloading. This morning I tried doing a re-install, but that didn't get me anywhere. Have I missed something, or is there more that I need to do to get a complete install? Or, if this has already been answered ad infinitum if someone would steer me to the answer somewhere, I would appreciate it. -= Jim =- .-. /v\ // \\ /( )\ ^^ - ^^ > Phear the Penguin < L I N U X ---------------------------------------------------------------- Jim's Linux-Operated Underground Bomb Shelter Tagline for Friday, July 19, 2002 at 18:45 PM: "I tried to think but nothing happened!" - Curly ---------------------------------------------------------------- This Linux System has been up 238 hours My web page: http://www.idk-enterprises.com ---------------------------------------------------------------- -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Bug reporting: http://cygwin.com/bugs.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
