I do have inetd running. I have rebooted windows after upgrading. I have also tried to upgrade after turning inetd off. As I mentioned below, the installer says that I have 1.3.12-2. Even though the version nbr on the File Properties tab says its 1.3.12-1. Could it be that the wrong version has been packaged? Can't think of any other reason! Or could it be that I do have the latest version, but the File properties is not displaying it properly.
