Mark Womack's fix (16:50 on 7/2/02) for the missing cygwin1.dll problem worked 
for us.  Try his suggested ftp site.  However, there is a new error message:

"The MKGROUP.EXE file is linked to missing export ADVAPI32.DLL:LsaClose"

Anybody else seen this and know what's happening?
