From: Niklas Morberg Date: Tue, 02 Jul 2002 12:25:03 +0200 Message-ID: Lines: 19 User-Agent: Gnus/5.090007 (Oort Gnus v0.07) Emacs/21.2 (i386-mingw-nt5.0.2195) MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Hi, when updating my cygwin installation, the installer was unable to automatically update cygwin1.dll rendering a couple of nasty errors when trying to run e.g. ssh. From the installer, I then chose to uninstall the Base/cygwin part, hoping to reinstall it later. However, now that its gone, the setup.exe program fails to list the cygwin package as one I can install. I've tried to select "Reinstall" for the entire Base package. This did not help. I tried to reinstall All packages. This did not help. Cygwin is still missing as a package when I run setup.exe... What should I do to get cygwin back?
