I am not able to use ssh under cygwin

I get the message:
 >pwd
/cygdrive/c/GShell/Cvs/Home
 >ssh -l marcelloptr shell.sourceforge.net
Could not create directory '/home/Administrator/.ssh'.
The authenticity of host 'shell.sourceforge.net (216.136.171.203)' can't
be established.
DSA key fingerprint is ### (### is the number)
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)? nn
Host key verification failed.

Here my environment variables:
HOME=/cygdrive/c/GShell/Cvs/Home
HOMEDRIVE=C:
HOMEPATH=/cygdrive/c/GShell/Cvs/Home

Any ideas ?
