Hi,

Im writing a backup script for our systems and i was wondering if the the
line endings will affect the files when and if they are restored. I read
somewhere that when cygwin opens or writes files it has a slightly different
line-ending...

The files and or directory trees would be tarred up and then untarred when
restored.
