Wget reported an error named "Not Owner". I found that wget 1.4.5 for Windows does the job on my Win95 system. Now the "Not Owner"-Error happened to me again: This time when I called Python's function urlretrieve from the module urllib (Python version 2.2.1). So obviously, the error is not wget-related. Do you please have any hints how to resolve this error?
