As I mentioned when I put the current code in place, it's not a catch-all... but it should catch all of specific classes - specifically: * package splits * package merges * package renames (aka add and delete) We really need an install/uninstall/reinstall order based on graph traversal, but that ain't happening soon. I didn't actually mean that the FAQ entry should disappear, more be marked as not necessarily applying to problems with the current setup.
