The scripts in http://home.ix.netcom.com/~mchase/zip/clean_lst.zip will clean up the invalid lines. They only change files that contain the invalid lines, so there is no harm running them multiple times or in systems that don't have any problem files. To run: 1. Extract clean_lst.* into a temporary directory. 2. Run ./clean_lst.sh The fix scripts require bash and Perl to run. -- Mac :}) ** I normally forward private questions to the appropriate mail list. ** Ask Smarter: http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html Give a hobbit a fish and he eats fish for a day.
