 I got the version from mirrors.rcn.net about 1 hour ago.

The versions I have are :
openssh             3.0.2p1-4
openssl             0.9.6c-2
openssl-devel       0.9.6c-2
perl                5.6.1-2

Cygwin DLL version info:
     DLL version: 1.3.9
     DLL epoch: 19

If you are getting this error then you are not up-to-date.  You need to get
the newest version of openssh.
