I did move ahead a little, but it sticks at login:

$ net start inetd
The requested service has already been started.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2182.

$ telnet localhost
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

Administrator AT ALLELUJA /cygdrive/d
$ login
login: Administrator
Password:
Login incorrect
login:

BTW, i use Road runner
