It's real helpful if you check the mail archives before posting questions
like this.  If the problem is common, as this one in particular seems to
be, you can quickly find relevant information and perhaps even a solution
without a single inquiry to the list.  

You downloaded a previous version of this package.  Rerun setup and 
upgrade it.
