Hi all

I'm on latest Cygwin version and I wonder why tail -f "logfile.txt" are
buffering info?
It seems like its buffering 4400 byte before displaying the text.

(OS = W2K)

I have been searching the mailing list archive for an answer but noone has a
good soulution..
