Hello

        The mailing list archives that are readable via 
http://cygwin.com/lists.html
are not being updated.  Specifically the mailing list 'cygwin' has not
been updated since November 12th. 

     I do NOT want to subscribe to the mailing list but I DO read the
archives frequently, please fix this.
